Please be punctual, the train leaves at 10:00.

Once On Train: Do Not listen to the announcements on loudspeaker, these can be confusing. Just remember what the guide tells you and check the platform signs, STOP IS:

No Hotel Pickup, The Tour goes From Designated Meeting Point which is Sorrento Local Train Station.
Meet at 09:30 with Amelia, once checked In, she will indicate where to wait for your guide,
together you board the 10:00 AM Train.
Bookings with children: Bring ID that shows proof of child’s age for free tickets.
Once on train, the stop is POMPEII SCAVI VILLA DEI MISTERI, please do not leave the train at any other station. Just remember what the guide tells you and check the platform signs, we cannot be held responsible if you board the wrong train or leave the train at the wrong station.

  • Free For Children, what does this mean ? It Means the Entrance to Pompeii is Free not our activity you still need to buy child places as per age range.
  • Can I get on at another station or meet in Pompeii ? No, as this creates confusion as, we cannot have meeting points in each station enroute to Pompeii. Pompeii has various entry points so we cannot pinpoint an exact meeting point, hence we invite you to come to the designated Meeting Point which is SORRENTO STATION.
  • Why is this tour not recomended for Cruise Passengers ? This is due to tight Train time schedules, we do not recomend this tour for cruise passengers as we cannot be held responsible, if for any reason, you miss the meeting time due to your ships timings.
  • Do you Pickup from Hotels/Accommodations ? No, the Meeting point is Sorrento Station.
  • Why is this tour not on sale when its a free Sunday Entrance ( First Sunday of every Month)?  We do not sell our tour on these free days as, the Site tends to be over crowded so we avoid going on these days.
